Meeting Reschedule
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with Section 122 (3) of The Municipalities Act the public is to be notified at least 24 hours prior to the time of a regularly scheduled meeting that is being rescheduled.
Therefore, the scheduled Council Meeting for March 18, 2026 has been rescheduled for March 25, 2026. Anyone wishing to attend the meeting should contact the Administrator prior to 3:00pm on March 20, 2026 to arrange inclusion of the proceedings.

Office Update
Council for the Town and R.M. of Arborfield No. 456 are pleased to welcome Brenda Ottenbreit as Acting Administrator for the joint-office.
She will be covering a 10-month maternity leave, and starts March 25, 2026.
With the staffing changes, the municipal office will temporarily be closed on Mondays and Friday, starting April 6, 2026 until January 2027.
Please see the March & April calendar below for some important dates, and office closures due to appointments and staffing changes.
We thank you for your patience, and join us in welcoming Brenda!

NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL - TOWN OF ARBORFIELD
Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the Town of Arborfield for the year of 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor from 8am – 12pm and 1pm – 4pm Tuesday to Thursday from March 23, 2026 to April 23, 2026.
A bylaw pursuant to Section 214 to of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.
Please contact Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) at 1-800-216-4427 or the Municipal Office at 306-769-0101 if you would like to view your assessment sheet or have any questions or concerns.
A notice of appeal, accompanied with the $50.00 appeal fee which will be returned if the appeal is successful, must be filed with the Secretary of the Board of Revision by the 22nd day of April, 2026:
