Housing Authority Responsibilities:- taxes
- natural gas heating
- water and sewer
- water softener and salt
- power for car plug-ins
- all inside and outside maintenance costs
- clean sidewalks, driveways and lawn care
- caretaker and manage
Tenants Responsibilities:
- power bills
- telephone bills
- personal household insurance
- personal housekeeping
These units are situated next to the Senior Citizen's Sunset Lodge. There is organized bingo, cribbage, shuffleboard tournaments, whist drives and pool games. There is an exercise machine and TV/VCR for watching movies. The ladies make at least one quilt a year to raffle for funds. The Lodge is also used for birthday and anniversary parties.
